Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our returns policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Certain items (e.g., personal care products that have been opened) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Process

1. Contact us at johan@caminowellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will assist you with a replacement of equal value where stock allows.
